Dear ECHNO 2020 delegate,

After careful consideration, President of the EHNS, EHNS Board and local organizing committee ECHNO2020, came to unanimous decision to again postpone the European Congress of Head and Neck Oncology 2020 in Brussels. The current developments of the coronavirus pandemic have left us with no other option.
The decision has been made to combine the European Congress on Head and Neck Oncology (ECHNO) and the International Congress on Head and Neck Oncology (ICHNO).

The new dates for this combined congress ECHNO/ICHNO are

Wednesday June 30 – Saturday July 3, 2021 in Brussels.

I would like to stress that this is a unique opportunity to join the combined meeting of ECHNO and ICHNO for the first time in history.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. I want to keep my registration for 2021. What should I do?
If you plan to attend in 2021, no action is required on your side. As a registered participant, your registration will automatically be transferred to the re-scheduled congress.
  2. I cannot attend ECHNO on the new dates. What should I do?
    - If the registration you bought for ECHNO 2020 is no longer a good fit for the new dates, you can select one of the options below:
    · Swap with a colleague – If you cannot attend, you can transfer your participation to one of your colleagues who would like to join ECHNO2021. This option is only valid if your colleague comes from the same institution as you and can access the same fee category (e.g. in training member/student/RTT, EHNS member/ non EHNS member etc).
    · Cancel my registration – You can cancel your registration and get a full refund of the registration fee. We should receive your cancelation by e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) within 3 weeks, but no later than 15 July 2020.

We hope we can count on your understanding, consideration and support and thank you for your confidence in us.
